Dianne will send an electronic invitation to view the virtual hub demonstration.

The Protocol is due for renewal next year. It was agreed that each service provider will provide a 1 page outline of their agency. The Protocol is nearly 310 pages and the Committee would like to downsize it to 1 page per signatory.

The next meeting is January 12th, 2012 and at this meeting each agency is to bring their 1 page explanation of their agency.

Karen McCoy has made the decision to step-down as Co-Chair of the Protocol Team effective immediately.
